Who we are

Bridging Futures Foundation Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in Georgia. We help veterans, active members leaving the military, and students considering service. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What information we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us through the contact form on this website:

• Contact form: your name, email, phone number (optional), the reason you are reaching out, and your message. If you are reaching out about pre-service support or volunteering, we also ask your age range. For students 13 to 17, we also collect a parent or guardian’s name and email.

How we use your information

We use your information only to reply to your message, route it to the right person on our team, and handle any privacy questions you send us.

Students and young people

This website is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If we learn we have, we will delete it.

For students 13 to 17 who reach out about pre-service support or volunteering, we ask for a parent or guardian’s name and email. A parent or guardian can ask to see, correct, or delete their child’s information at any time through our contact form.

How we store and protect your information

Messages sent through this website are stored in Google Forms, a Google Workspace service. Access is limited to the people on our team who need it to reply. We keep messages for 2 years after our last contact with you, then delete them.

When we share information

We never sell, rent, or trade your information. We share it only:

• With Google, which stores our form messages, and only for that purpose
• With an agency such as the VA (U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs), only when you ask us to help you with them and give us permission
• When the law requires it

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use cookies, analytics, or advertising tracking. The page loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google, which can see your internet address.

Your choices

You can ask us to do any of the following by sending a message through our contact form:

• Show you the information we have about you
• Correct information that is wrong
• Delete your information, unless the law requires us to keep it

We may ask you to confirm who you are before we act. We will never treat you differently for making a request.

Changes to this policy

If we make changes, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top.
